After teaching for 17 years, life seemed more appealing on my own terms, so I took a right turn and created a lifestyle from which I don't need a vacation!

I left my career in Education tired, sick and overweight. I was so busy taking care of everyone else, I forgot to take care of me, and I certainly wasn't living my best life. Years of neglecting self-care left me with chronic migraines, and about 10 days out of 30, I couldn't even carry out normal daily tasks. I knew something had to change. And it has!!!
