Using “travel” as an excuse to make bad choices does not move you closer to your goal.

When you’re on the road just try to keep the momentum going.

You don't need to be perfect.

It’s ok to have a Subway or a Chipotle to make a reasonable choice.

4 Tips To Maximise Fat Burning For Busy Executives 🔥


1. Resistance Training Workouts - Go in with a clear plan, push yourself to the limit - 3 of those a week and you’re off to a good start ⁣

2. Efficient Steps - Were can you increase activity without costing you too much time? - On the phone, parking further away at the shops, picking up the pace out a walk , taking a walking meeting

3. Time Efficient Nutrition System - Pick 1 lunch meal for the week and batch cook it. Plan in healthy snacks and you're good to go. Have dinner with family.

4. Brush your teeth after dinner - This reduces the desire to eat junk

Losing fat does not have to be a process that involves 5 hours a week on a treadmill and the same in the kitchen prepping bland foods ⁣🚫

Do you have no time? ⏰😫


Work is stressful and busy, you have your hands full with kids in the evening and weekends involve playing taxi driver… 🚖 🤹🏻


You feel like there is no time for your health. How can you possibly fit in workouts and research on nutrition or more sleep for that matter? 😖


I get it. Life is getting faster paced by the day. 💨


What happens in 10 years time, when blood pressure is sky high, you’re clothes no longer fit and you’re out of breath going up a set of stairs? 😯


As a fitness coach, I have been observing people more and more over the last couple of years.


And the amount of people I see living in what looks like serious pain and discomfort breaks my heart. 💔💔


I see people unable to get up off a chair or even walk comfortably. I see them adjusting their clothes and tugging annoyingly at the shirt that used to fit. Now it clings to their body, highlighting every flaw. ❌


I doubt the vast majority of you who are out of shape, or have gained that extra 20-30lbs want to continue living the way you are. 👎🏻


So why tolerate it? 🤷🏼‍♂️


In my opinion, it comes to horrendous experiences with diets and "weight loss" scams over the years. 🤦🏼‍♂️


You tried starving yourself, counting calories, weight training and cardio sessions that last 90 minutes at a time. How can you possibly ever go back to that? ❌


That’s where most get it wrong.


The approach you use is so intense, you dread it each day but the results are there so you push on. Then 1 weekend, 1 event or something in your life derails you and it’s back to square 1. 🙁


So you just sit in your comfort zone, going through the motions for 30 minutes a few day per week and trying not to eat as unhealthy as possible.


Unfortunately this is not going to get you anywhere long term.


Here’s the simple strategy I suggest to most of our Fat Loss Forever Programme clients

🚨 4 x 40 minute weight training workouts each week that are structured (the most effective method for fat loss)

🚨 Select 2 meals and 2 snack you actually enjoy and repeat them for a week (minimises thinking & guesswork) then add your family dinner at night. A calorie deficit is key with the choices though.

Use the 3x15 minute walking method - 1 x 15 minute walk in the morning, afternoon & evening (22.5 hrs walking in a month)

🚨 Get up at the same time each day


These 4 simple choices will solve 98% of your weight gain problems.


They minimise nutritional prep time and workouts come in at less than 3 hours each week. 💪🏻
