ආසිරි මෛත්‍රෙය ප්‍රතිමාව විව්ෘත කිරීමට සමගාමීව පොසොන් පොහෝදා (2026.06.29) තවත් සුවිශේෂි පින්කම් රැසක් සංවිධානය කොට තිබුණා. මෙහිදී ඉදිවීමට නියමිත උමංදාව නව විහාර ආරාම සංකිර්ණයට ගරු පා.ම නාමල් රාජපක්ෂ මැතිතුමා සහ තායිවානයේ Shi Chuan Dun මෙහෙණින් වහන්සේ විසින් මුල්ගල තබනු ලැබුවා. ඉන්පසුව ගරු. පා.ම නාමල් රාජපක්ෂ මැතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් ඔස්ට්‍රේලියාවෙ පදිංචි ඉන්දික රණවීර මහතා විසින් පරිත්‍යාග කරන ලද dryer යන්ත්‍ර 4ක් බෙදා දීමද මේ අවස්ථාවේදි සිදු කෙරුණා එමෙන්ම කිරි හරක් 21කට අධික ප්‍රමාණයක් නිදහස් කොට කිරි ගොවීන්ට ලබා දීමේ පුණ්‍ය කර්මයද, උමංදාව රාජකීය දන්සල ද ක්‍රියාත්මක වුණා. මේ එහි රූ දසුන් කිහිපයක්..

Coinciding with the unveiling of the Asiri Maitreya statue on Poson Poya Day (2026.06.29), a series of other special meritorious events were organized.
During the event,Namal Rajapaksa Hon. MP Namal Rajapaksa and Venerable Shi Chuan Dun (a Buddhist nun from Taiwan) laid the foundation stone for the proposed new temple and monastery complex at Umandawa. Following this, under the patronage of Hon. MP Namal Rajapaksa, four dryer machines donated by Mr. Indika Ranaweera, a resident of Australia, were distributed to the people.
Furthermore, the meritorious act of releasing more than 21 dairy cows and handing them over to dairy farmers was carried out, alongside the operation of the Umandawa Royal Dansala (free food distribution).

At the invitation of Ven. Siri Samanthabhadra Arahath Maha Thero, the founder of the Umandawa Global Buddhist Village in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, a delegation from Taiwan including Nun Shi Chuan Dun visited the Aukana Buddha Statue yesterday (June 30, 2026) accompanied by Ven. Siri Samanthabhadra Thero.
Thereafter, the group visited the Gal Viharaya and the Thivanka Image House in Polonnaruwa. The mid-day alms (lunch) for the group were prepared by Polonnaruwa District Member of Parliament Hon. Kins Nelson and Mrs. Kinkini Nelson.
Subsequently, the group proceeded to visit the Hurulu Wewa at the Habarana Eco Park, which was renovated by the Umandawa Global Buddhist Village.

应斯里兰卡库鲁内格勒（Kurunegala）“乌曼达瓦佛教宇宙村”（Umandawa Buddhist Universe）创始人 斯里·萨曼塔巴德拉·阿罗汉大长老（Siri Samanthabhadra Arahant Maha Thero）的邀请，来自台湾的 Shi Chuan Dun 比丘尼及其代表团一行，于昨日（2026年6月30日）与斯里·萨曼塔巴德拉大长老一同前往参拜了波隆纳鲁瓦的奥卡纳佛像（Aukana Buddha Statue）。
随后，一行人参观了波隆纳鲁瓦的加尔寺（Gal Viharaya）和蒂凡卡佛像殿（Tivanka Image House）。波隆纳鲁瓦区国会议员金斯·尼尔森（Kins Nelson）阁下及金基妮·尼尔森（Kinkini Nelson）夫人为他们供养了午斋。
之后，代表团还前往参观了由乌曼达瓦佛教宇宙村所修缮的哈巴拉纳生态公园（Habarana Eco Park）及胡鲁鲁水库（Hurulu Wewa）。

The Asiri Maitreya Bodhisattva statue: the only Bodhisattva statue in the world depicted in the meditative Kayotsarga mudra, completely free from all bodily expectations and worldly signs, was unveiled at Umandawa on Poson Poya day.
Many diplomatic dignitaries, including the Ambassadors of China, Vietnam, Palestine, and Indonesia, attended this historic moment, alongside distinguished guests such as former Minister Prof. G. L. Peiris, MP Udaya Gammanpila, and Karu Jayasuriya. To witness this historic occasion firsthand and seek blessings, a 20-member delegation from Taiwan, led by Venerable Nun Shi Chuan Dun, also participated and conducted a special veneration for the Maitreya Bodhisattva.
Furthermore, thousands of people gathered at Umandawa on Poson Full Moon Poya day, and the Umandawa Dansala (free food stall) was prepared for them throughout the entire day.
May the blessings of the Noble Great Maitreya Bodhisattva dispel the economic, political, social, and mental darkness within the country and bring fortune to the nation!

在波森月圆节（Poson Poya）这一天，阿斯里·弥勒菩萨（Asiri Maitreya Bodhisattva）圣像在乌曼达瓦（Umandawa）揭幕。这是世界上唯一一尊以 Kayotsarga 手印（放下对肉体的一切期盼与世俗表象的禅定姿态）呈现的菩萨像。
包括中国、越南、巴勒斯坦和印度尼西亚大使在内的众多外交使节和政要出席了这一历史性时刻。前部长 G.L. 皮里斯（G.L. Peiris）教授、国会议员乌达亚·甘曼皮拉（Udaya Gammanpila）以及卡鲁·贾亚苏里亚（Karu Jayasuriya）等贵宾也出席了仪式。为了亲眼见证这一历史时刻并祈求福祉，由台湾释传顿（Shi, Chuan Dun）法师率领的20人代表团也参与其中，并举行了一场特别的弥勒菩萨祈福法会。
