June 12th, 2024: The Bandit Run passed through Pontiac, Michigan to get an exclusive sneak peak at the NEW Pontiac Transportation Museum and tailgate at PMD Garage afterwards. I popped in to talk with some of these long time Bandit Runners to check out some of the epic Pontiac Trans-Ams that were travelling all around my home state of Michigan. A friend of mine, Mark Anton came out with his SCREEN USED General Lee #20 from The Dukes of Hazzard (2005) Movie.

Hazzard County is down a deputy today. Rick Hurst, who played Deputy Cletus Hogg on The Dukes of Hazzard has passed away. 😭 When I met Rick back at Hazzard Fest 2023, he knew exactly who I was. He had watched my YouTube videos before and we had talked for a solid hour after the meet and greet was over at his request. He gave me advice for my YouTube stuff and we talked back a forth about Dukes and just life in general. He teased me for my broken foot lol... He was a great man, very genuine and he was ALL FOR THE FANS!!!!! Everyone I know who knew him will say the same thing... he was so personable, humble, and overall just a great guy to talk to. When we took these photos he said "Oh I've gotta have the honor of cuffin' and stuffin' Chunkey Monkey." We may have only met once in person, but it was more than enough to make an impact on me personally. Rick, I thank you for everything you have done to help keep Hazzard Nation alive! My heart hurts... tell Boss Hogg and Rosco that Hazzard says hi. Much love, and so many prayers to your family! ❤️
