Happy 2026!!!! 🎉 Woo-Hoo!! 🎊🥂😘 I MISSED YOU!!!!

I knooow it's been a looong minute..a lot longer than I had planned to take off from YouTube, but Gurl...time just flew by, so I apologize for my absence. Thanks to all who reached out checking in on me... I feel the love! xo

Update...Mom is doing absolutely AMAZING! She has done a 180 turn, like night and day! We have her in rehab care facility with physiotherapy 2x a day and she is now riding a stationary bike...get this, 2km a day! doing stairs like a pro! SHE's ALMOST 92!!! 🤯 If you could have seen her this past summer you would be as amazed as we are! If you didn't know, she had a terrible fall in July and fractured her pelvis in 2 spots, gave herself a brain bleed and was in the hospital for 2 months with a couple of weeks in a trauma centre in the ICU 😵‍💫...I have to THANK all of you who sent along well wishes, healing vibes and prayers..I totally believe that it helped! You guys ARE-THE-BEST!! 🥰

Now that the Holiday markets are shopping madness is behind me, I have been filming YAY...now need to sit down and edit...so soon I you will be back in my studio or garage seeing what I am up to!

I've missed you guys!!

I took a much needed break from socials as I just wanted to create in my studio without thinking of camera angles, and lighting etc. It doesn't mean that I don't think of you, and I always want to share, but sometimes I wish I had someone to film and edit for me. I could bring the best of my work to you that way...teehee. Until that time, I will take mini hiatuses...is that a word?

SO I have a rather dramatic end well, beginning of this video...I'm still upset about it.

I've been doing some pop-markets and meeting some of you too! Love that this is such a supportive community! Anyhoo...I just wanted to let you know that I've FINALLY finished editing a video, filmed April 2...yikes. ‪@MyMazyCat‬ asked me to share a picture of the clear crystal quartz stone I use when I burnish my pots. So here it is! It looks like glass but it's not. I love using it because it has a variety of profiles that perfectly fit all the different groves, concave and convex of any pot. I picked mine up years ago along with rose quartz, amethyst and a few others...but I solely use the clear crystal quartz for burnishing. It's strong, it has flung out of my hand and landed on the concrete floor many times with out a blemish.

If you are on the hunt for a crystal for yourself, check local metaphysical stores near you, yes it's a thing. You can also try Etsy, Amazon has some but it seems that you have to get a few...here is a link: amzn.to/3J1GcZ1 When looking for a burnishing stone, just remember to look for a stone that has been polished and smooth.

Hope this is food for thought, and helps you make a decision when choosing a stone for burnishing.

Coco is keep me on a small leash and under her watchful eye while I edit my latest video...a Glaze Kiln Opening!! This video showcases some brand new glaze combinations, different layering applications as well as some of my favourite combos...it also shows the 3 gorgeous mugs being unveiled from my last video and a couple of refires, of course all my oooh's and aahhhh's are in there too!!! 🤭 I crack myself up when I watch all the clips, I'm sooo dang extra! 🤪

Hi ya'll!! Sorry I'm behind with my next video upload so I will have to keep you all in suspense just a little bit longer. My car broke down on Friday afternoon and had to get towed...ugggh! Need a new alternator...booooo...AND I was having family arriving at my house for a family weekend later that day, so I did not get my video edited..and I'm still working on it...I love having people hanging out at my house but it is a lot of work, prep, cleaning etc...anyhoo, I'm getting back on track, fulfilled a couple of shipments from the weekend and was sorting out a new shipping method to hopefully expedite shipments that are international...fingers crossed!
