Our team enthusiastically explored how migration influences hunger, culinary practices, and the world of intriguing food myths. Dr. Kushitor served as one of the interlocutors for the community.

The Ensign Global College is scheduled for an accreditation review by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), with a site visit scheduled for 18th October, 2023.

As part of the process, stakeholders and constituents are invited to provide written comments and feedback directly to CEPH until September 18, 2023.
