Our channel has been focused on this "Dad life with Trains" since April of 2023. From inspiration we've seen online from fellow content creators to the real locomotives that roll through our home town, we've taken what we've learned to create an O-Gauge Train Layout at our home. So whether you want to learn what we've done or see what kind of trains we have or want to dig into the history of how America was built, there's a lot here!

#MentionMonday goes out to a fellow dad: @BnOscaleTrains ! Tyler has such a great positive attitude and has been introducing his little clan of kids to these trains like a champ! I’ve been fortunate enough to meet him twice at York and he also has the Allegheny I “suped up” on his roster so it’s great to watch that engine get the runtime and enjoyment it deserves. Whether he’s in comments on YouTube or sharing stuff on his Instagram, you can always get a sense of the smile behind whatever he’s doing. Thanks, Tyler!!

#MentionMonday is long overdue for this one. @RBPTrains positive impact on the hobby is undeniable, but 3 years ago when we were getting into this, I didn’t think “our friend Chris” would be someone my son and I would actually get to know. It’s really been fun to connect and work with and browse the halls for vintage Hudsons and I’m grateful for his friendship. Chris was kind enough to invite @3Rails4Dads over to visit his layout which proved to be the cherry on top of a fantastic York trip. Thanks Chris for all you do for the hobby and for supporting us here!

#MentionMonday is perfect timing for getting over the “York Hangover” because it’s @calebeastertrains !! Saw him this week at the show filming, working hard to promote our hobby, enjoying the company of friends we don’t always get to see, and yes. Caleb’s camera is super heavy and he probably has an ice pack on his neck today but man was it still SO good to see him. Can’t wait to see what he’s made, so I’m watching his previous videos to hold me over. Don’t sleep on this guy, he’s super talented so go check out his work if you haven’t already.
