In recent days, information has appeared on various social networks with a clear intention to harm our honor and good name, solely to cause as much damage as possible to our Institute. We will now recount how this lady, her brother, and three friends from the city of Khouribga, Morocco, came to enroll in our Institute. Hajar Nassili contacted us following our Instagram post about our Professional Hospitality Course, which allows for a study visa with a work permit. She contacted our staff to come to Valencia and see the Institute in person, as she had a Schengen visa. And so she did on April 16 at 6:00 p.m. She was so satisfied with what she saw that she immediately called her brother and three friends to enroll with her for the June 24 course. And that same day, her brother and the other three friends, all male, paid the registration fee through our website.
From there, everything was problematic. None of the five wanted to sign a contract with the Institute that required them to behave well in Spain, not commit any crimes, and pay the full course fee once the study visa was obtained. All staff were alerted by these people, by their way of speaking, their manner of expressing themselves, with evident bad manners and lack of personal category - basic principles of our institute. The second time Hajar came to Valencia, she was going to change her Schengen visa to a study visa, an appointment we had made for May 20 at 1:55 p.m. for her community. Fifteen days before this, she had already been informed and it had been agreed that she had to pay another amount. A few days before the appointment, she denied knowing anything about this payment, and when we showed her the conversation on WhatsApp, she changed her story and said she had no money and no credit or debit card, which is not believable, as she works in a bank in her hometown. Feeling cornered and with no more arguments or excuses, she started screaming in the middle of the street and created a lamentable scene. From there and given the conversation she had in front of one of our employees who personally accompanied her in this process, we decided to suspend and reject these five people categorically.
From there, the threats and coercion towards our staff began, which we reported to the national police in Valencia on May 20 at 8:16 p.m. Faced with these threats, we decided to block these people to avoid any contact with them. Seeing that they could no longer threaten us, they decided, and specifically Hajar Nassili in her own name and as an anonymous participant with false names, to start a smear campaign with lies on social networks, solely to defame our institute and with the vile and despicable intention of causing as much damage as possible. An assessment of the damages caused will be requested, and the people who committed these crimes, typified in the Spanish Penal Code with prison sentences and compensations proportional to the damage caused, will be pursued. It is not our intention to profit from this situation, so in the future, when there is a conviction, the total amount, after deducting lawyer fees, will be donated to the association "La Crèche De Tanger", which cares for homeless children.

Ces derniers jours, des informations ont été diffusées sur différents réseaux sociaux avec l'intention claire de nuire à notre réputation et à notre bon nom dans le seul but de causer le plus de tort possible à notre Institut. Nous allons maintenant relater comment cette dame, son frère et trois amis de la ville de Khouribga, au Maroc, sont venus s'inscrire dans notre Institut. Hajar Nassili nous a contactés à la suite de l'une de nos publications sur Instagram concernant notre Cours professionnel en Hôtellerie, qui permet d'obtenir un visa d'études avec un permis de travail. Elle a contacté notre personnel pour pouvoir venir à Valence et voir l'Institut en personne, car elle disposait d'un visa Schengen. Et c'est ce qu'elle a fait le 16 avril à 18 heures. Elle était tellement satisfaite de ce qu'elle avait vu qu'elle a immédiatement appelé son frère et trois amis pour qu'ils s'inscrivent avec elle au cours du 24 juin. Et ce même jour, son frère et les trois autres amis, tous des hommes, ont payé via notre site web le montant de l'inscription que nous demandions à ce moment-là.
À partir de là, tout a été problématique. Aucun des cinq ne voulait signer un contrat avec l'Institut qui les obligeait à avoir un bon comportement en Espagne, à ne commettre aucun délit et à payer l'intégralité du cours une fois le visa d'études obtenu. Tout le personnel a été alerté par ces personnes, par leur manière de parler, leur manière de s'exprimer, avec une évidente mauvaise éducation et un manque de catégorie personnelle - des principes de base de notre institut.
La deuxième fois que Hajar est venue à Valence, elle allait déjà changer son visa Schengen en visa d'études, rendez-vous pris par nous pour le 20 mai à 13h55 pour sa communauté. Quinze jours avant cela, il lui avait déjà été communiqué et convenu qu'elle devait payer un autre montant. Quelques jours avant le rendez-vous, elle a nié être au courant de ce paiement et lorsque nous lui avons montré la conversation sur WhatsApp, elle a changé de version et a dit qu'elle n'avait pas d'argent et aucune carte de crédit ou de débit, ce qui est peu crédible car elle travaille dans une banque dans sa ville natale. À partir de là, les menaces et les pressions sur notre personnel ont commencé, ce que nous avons dénoncé à la police nationale de Valence le 20 mai à 20h16. Face à ces menaces, nous avons décidé de bloquer ces personnes pour éviter tout contact avec elles. Voyant qu'elles ne pouvaient plus nous menacer, elles ont décidé, et en particulier Hajar Nassili en son propre nom et sous des pseudonymes anonymes et des faux noms, de lancer une campagne de diffamation avec des mensonges sur les réseaux sociaux, dans le seul but de calomnier notre institut et avec l'intention vile et méprisable de causer le plus de tort possible. Le 17 mai à 16h09, nous avons alerté la sous-préfecture de Valence que cette personne avait été rejetée par notre institut. Face à cette nouvelle situation, nous avons décidé de suspendre le cours du 24 juin pour nous concentrer exclusivement sur notre droit légitime de préserver notre bon nom, en rappelant que cette situation ne nous était jamais arrivée auparavant et que nous n'avons jamais eu de plainte de personne. Nous avons entamé des contacts avec un cabinet d'avocats et nous rassemblons toutes les informations diffusées par ces personnes sur les réseaux sociaux. Cela prendra du temps. Une expertise des dommages causés sera demandée et les personnes ayant commis ces délits, typifiés dans le Code pénal espagnol avec des peines de prison et des indemnités proportionnelles aux dommages causés, seront poursuivies. Ce n'est pas notre intention de tirer profit de cette situation, donc à l'avenir, lorsqu'un jugement de condamnation sera rendu, le montant total, déduction faite des frais d'avocat, sera reversé à l'association "La Crèche de Tanger", qui prend soin des enfants sans abri.

في ضوء هذه الحالة الجديدة، قررنا تعليق دورة 24 يونيو للتركيز حصرياً على حقنا المشروع في الحفاظ على اسمنا الجيد، مع تذكير أنه لم يحدث لنا هذا الموقف من قبل ولم نتلق أي شكوى من أي شخص. بدأنا اتصالات مع مكتب محاماة ونجمع جميع المعلومات المنتشرة من قبل هؤلاء الأشخاص على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. سيستغرق الأمر بعض الوقت. سيتم طلب تقييم للأضرار وسيتم متابعة الأشخاص الذين ارتكبوا هذه الجرائم، المحددة في القانون الجنائي الإسباني بعقوبات السجن والتعويضات المتناسبة مع الأضرار المتسببة. ليس من نيتنا الاستفادة من هذا الموقف، لذا في المستقبل عندما يكون هناك حكم بالإدانة، سيتم التبرع بالمبلغ الإجمالي، بعد خصم رسوم المحامي، إلى جمعية "دار الحضانة في طنجة"، التي تعتني بالأطفال المشردين.

Communiqué officiel de l'INSTITUT IEAE concernant les fausses informations diffusées par Madame Hajar Nassili contre notre institution.
Ces derniers jours, des informations ont été diffusées sur différents réseaux sociaux avec l'intention claire de nuire à notre réputation et à notre bon nom dans le seul but de causer le plus de tort possible à notre Institut. Nous allons maintenant relater comment cette dame, son frère et trois amis de la ville de Khouribga, au Maroc, sont venus s'inscrire dans notre Institut. Hajar Nassili nous a contactés à la suite de l'une de nos publications sur Instagram concernant notre Cours professionnel en Hôtellerie, qui permet d'obtenir un visa d'études avec un permis de travail. Elle a contacté notre personnel pour pouvoir venir à Valence et voir l'Institut en personne, car elle disposait d'un visa Schengen. Et c'est ce qu'elle a fait le 16 avril à 18 heures. Elle était tellement satisfaite de ce qu'elle avait vu qu'elle a immédiatement appelé son frère et trois amis pour qu'ils s'inscrivent avec elle au cours du 24 juin. Et ce même jour, son frère et les trois autres amis, tous des hommes, ont payé via notre site web le montant de l'inscription que nous demandions à ce moment-là.
À partir de là, tout a été problématique. Aucun des cinq ne voulait signer un contrat avec l'Institut qui les obligeait à avoir un bon comportement en Espagne, à ne commettre aucun délit et à payer l'intégralité du cours une fois le visa d'études obtenu. Tout le personnel a été alerté par ces personnes, par leur manière de parler, leur manière de s'exprimer, avec une évidente mauvaise éducation et un manque de catégorie personnelle - des principes de base de notre institut.
La deuxième fois que Hajar est venue à Valence, elle allait déjà changer son visa Schengen en visa d'études, rendez-vous pris par nous pour le 20 mai à 13h55 pour sa communauté. Quinze jours avant cela, il lui avait déjà été communiqué et convenu qu'elle devait payer un autre montant. Quelques jours avant le rendez-vous, elle a nié être au courant de ce paiement et lorsque nous lui avons montré la conversation sur WhatsApp, elle a changé de version et a dit qu'elle n'avait pas d'argent et aucune carte de crédit ou de débit, ce qui est peu crédible car elle travaille dans une banque dans sa ville natale. Se sentant acculée et sans plus d'arguments ni d'excuses, elle a commencé à crier en pleine rue et à créer un spectacle lamentable. À partir de là et à la suite de la conversation qu'elle a eue devant l'une de nos employées qui l'a accompagnée personnellement dans cette démarche, nous avons décidé de suspendre et de rejeter ces cinq personnes de manière catégorique.
À partir de là, les menaces et les pressions sur notre personnel ont commencé, ce que nous avons dénoncé à la police nationale de Valence le 20 mai à 20h16. Face à ces menaces, nous avons décidé de bloquer ces personnes pour éviter tout contact avec elles. Voyant qu'elles ne pouvaient plus nous menacer, elles ont décidé, et en particulier Hajar Nassili en son propre nom et sous des pseudonymes anonymes et des faux noms, de lancer une campagne de diffamation avec des mensonges sur les réseaux sociaux, dans le seul but de calomnier notre institut et avec l'intention vile et méprisable de causer le plus de tort possible.
Le 17 mai à 16h09, nous avons alerté la sous-préfecture de Valence que cette personne avait été rejetée par notre institut. Nous avons reçu leur réponse nous remerciant de notre collaboration le 17 mai à 7h56. Nous avons également envoyé des courriels d'avertissement concernant ces personnes à :

Et à d'autres consulats de pays européens pour les alerter que ces personnes veulent entrer en Europe de manière frauduleuse, comme c'est notre obligation.
Face à cette nouvelle situation, nous avons décidé de suspendre le cours du 24 juin pour nous concentrer exclusivement sur notre droit légitime de préserver notre bon nom, en rappelant que cette situation ne nous était jamais arrivée auparavant et que nous n'avons jamais eu de plainte de personne. Nous avons entamé des contacts avec un cabinet d'avocats et nous rassemblons toutes les informations diffusées par ces personnes sur les réseaux sociaux. Cela prendra du temps. Une expertise des dommages causés sera demandée et les personnes ayant commis ces délits, typifiés dans le Code pénal espagnol avec des peines de prison et des indemnités proportionnelles aux dommages causés, seront poursuivies. Ce n'est pas notre intention de tirer profit de cette situation, donc à l'avenir, lorsqu'un jugement de condamnation sera rendu, le montant total, déduction faite des frais d'avocat, sera reversé à l'association "La Crèche de Tanger", qui prend soin des enfants sans abri.
Nous espérons que justice sera faite, sachant que le processus sera long.
