The future of Hyuman:

Due to Materia Music Publishing targeting and demonetizing my videos for the last 5 years despite me paying for the licenses, and the fast evolution on AI art and music, I had considered quitting due to the stress and uncertainty I'm enduring on a daily basis.

Today, I've been forced to make a decision due to the sudden demonetization of 3 of my most popular videos despite having all the licenses in check. My channel wasn't profitable to begin with, but starting from today, my earnings got cut in half unjustly.

I usually don't like to share my personal thoughts online. I will share some this time.

Yeah, I've considered quitting. I love making covers of music that I love. I love reading all your creative comments and I'm really grateful. At the same time, I feel like I've been the shadow of great artists and composers for the last 9 years. My art and music is not fully mine due to them being covers, and I'm not satisfied with the quality of it. Also, the constant need to keep uploading videos, just for them to be demonetized and not be able to reach minimum wage is very discouraging.

My brain has been telling me for years to quit. That is not worth it, that I'm not good enough, that I'm just replicating songs from real composers, that my drawings are lame and uninspired. Whatever that's true or not, I don't know.

One day, I was scrolling through Instagram, and I saw the most hideous, most atrocious, most devoid of soul AI video I've ever seen, with One Piece characters (a piece of media that I consider pretty soulful) and then it hit me. Now I know what to do.

I want to keep going. Just in a different manner. I'm not quitting art and music. Actually, I'm doubling down. I'm gonna become a proper artist and composer. I'm gonna keep making covers, but the goal will be to eventually move to original creations. I'm sick and tired of pieces of media devoided of passion. I'm tired of the enshitification of everything that I love for the sake of maximizing profits. Hurts me to the core to see children growing up consuming endless brainrotting media that it's only purpose is to get ad revenue without thinking of what is that content doing to humanity's brains and souls. Instead of falling into despair, I will try to do something about it by creating art and music putting my effort and my soul as much as possible.

So I have 2 announcements:

1. It will take me years, I don't know how long, but I'm developing my own game.

2. It will take me years, but I will become a great artist and composer.

Just a quick update about uploads:

I was planning to upload "A DARK ZONE" from Deltarune on Halloween. Unfortunately, my tablet broke, and I couldn't finish the art on time. I don't have money right now to buy a new one so it's gonna take me a while until I save enough money for it.

I have the song ready, just not the art.

Speaking of something else, GUARDIAN is almost ready, luckily I've made the art before the accident.

After uploading GUARDIAN it's gonna take me a while to start uploading again, due to my innability to do digital art properly. I'm always looking to improve and to create what my limited skills allow. It wouldn''t feel right to do low quality art using software that I've never used, so I ask you for patience until this problem get's fixed.
