If you've been jumping between five different tools just to plan, write and design your content, I need to show you something that's going to feel like a massive improvement 😮‍💨

When Canva introduced the Visual Suite, it completely changed how we all work. You can now go from a content idea all the way to a finished, resized post without ever switching apps. Here's the exact flow I'd use:

1️⃣ PLAN WITH SHEETS
Open a Content Calendar template straight from the Templates tab and map out your next week or two of content in a Canva Sheet.

2️⃣ IDEATE ON A WHITEBOARD
If you're feeling stuck on ideas, add a Whiteboard page and do a proper brain dump before you start creating. It keeps you in the same project and gets all those messy thoughts out of your head.

3️⃣ CREATE YOUR CONTENT
Once you've got your plan, use that momentum and start building! Write an email in a Doc, design your carousel, put together a quick B-roll Reel in the video editor.

4️⃣ RESIZE TO REPURPOSE
Use the Resize feature to turn any page into a Story, a Pinterest Pin or whatever else you need. One piece of content can be transformed into multiple formats without much effort.

Building a content system for yourself doesn't have to be complicated and it's all inside one tool you're probably already using! 🙌
