I don’t think the lawsuit with Seth Rogers is saying that he didn’t know about the CPS stuff until recently. Of course he knew two years ago because they did the FAST 2.0 assessment and allegedly that’s where he found out more details. That was March 2024. He potentially knew more even prior but we don’t know what he knew.
