Denver Metro Audits™ is a civil liberties and First Amendment auditing channel committed to defending your constitutional rights through accountability, transparency, and peaceful activism.
I'm a civil rights advocate dedicated to exposing government overreach and educating the public about their rights.
From cop watching and public comment at city council meetings to interviewing police, attorneys, officials, and victims of civil rights violations. This channel shines a light where others won't.
What I'm most known for is First Amendment Auditing - peacefully filming from public spaces to ensure our freedoms are respected. I also engage in civil disobedience to challenge unjust laws, because law doesn't equal morality. Remember, Rosa Parks was once labeled a "troublemaker" now she's a hero. I stand for that same spirit of resistance.
This isn't just activism... it's a movement.
If YOU don't know your rights, YOU don't have any.
DO BETTER!

To everyone claiming I wrote an “apology letter” no, I didn’t. It was a petition for early termination of probation. There’s a huge difference.
I fought that case all the way to the end. I took the charges, served 16 days in jail, paid a $3,000 fine, and completed a year and a half of probation on a two-year sentence. If I wanted to “apologize,” I could’ve done that long before taking it that far.
Nothing in that letter was an apology. I simply stated that I’ve learned to make better decisions while conducting my audits, which is true. What exactly was I supposed to say in a petition for early termination? “I learned absolutely nothing from this experience, now let me off probation early?” That would make no sense.
Some people are trying to twist a standard legal filing into something it wasn’t. People who believe the lies are either blindly believing others because they need someone else to tell them what to think, or they’re the ones purposely spreading lies. The facts speak for themselves.
I had all the support in the world when I got arrested. Then when I don’t beat the case, people blame me instead of the government and make up lies. Talk about a slap in the face. I went through a lot of hardship over this case and I did it for all of you.
