It's 11:58 PM on March 21.

And in exactly 10 days, March ends.

I made a decision tonight that I know most people won't understand.

For the next 10 days, I am going to work 10 hours every single day.

Not 10 hours on paper.

Not 10 hours with phone breaks, Netflix in the background, scrolling between tasks.

10 productive hours. Every day. No exceptions.

That's 100 hours before this month is over.

I know people say "work smarter, not harder."

I hear it all the time.

But here's what nobody tells you when you're still in the middle of building something from scratch.

There are seasons in your journey where you have to sit down, shut everything out, and just go.

Not because you're desperate.

Because you want to see what happens when you stop limiting yourself.

People look at someone who's winning and think the talent did it.

"He's just naturally good."

"He got lucky."

"Must be nice."

But most of them never see the 11 PM moments.

The nights where the whole house is quiet and you're still at your desk.

The days where nothing went right but you showed up anyway.

The weeks where you chose your dream over your comfort, over and over, until it stopped feeling like a sacrifice.

I'm not doing this to prove something to anyone else.

I'm doing it because I want to know for myself.

What does it actually feel like to go all in for 10 days straight?

What changes in you when you stop asking "should I push today" and just push?

Work life balance is a real thing.

But there's also a season in every founder's journey where you forget it exists.

Not forever.

Just long enough to build something worth balancing.

This is that season for me.

Let March 31 come.

I want to look back and say I didn't waste a single one of these last 10 days.
