i have AUDHD. i am very open about this. i am very susceptible to depression, anxiety, brain fog and other mental health disorders. with the way my brain is wired, i cannot enjoy my life if i am not healthy. when i eat junk food regularly i struggle with extreme depression, POTS, extreme period pain and imbalanced hormones. if i do not exercise daily and eat healthy daily, i cannot enjoy my life. when i am healthy i can unlock the parts of my brain that make me the intelligent, empathetic, happy, focused person that i can be. i actually think that its concerning that many of you think that wanting to be healthy is wanting to lose weight. i do not have an ED. stop telling me im promoting ED’s. i am eating much more than i did before because i need to gain muscle because i am very weak, hence why i have POTS and why it is dangerous if i do not gain strength. if it is triggering to you that i have a photo of a fit body and dark chocolate in my vision board than that is not my problem. i cannot be responsible for peoples triggers. i am also not forcing anyone to live the way i do. i believe everyone should live their lives to the fullest, and if that means eating whatever you eat then that is amazing, but i don’t want to do that. I don’t want to live a miserable life anymore. I will not continue to feed my disorders and make them worse. I want to heal. I have always wanted to heal. for me to enjoy MY life to the fullest, I will try not to eat sugar often. I did not 100% cut out junk food. I have a day 1-2 times a week where I just eat whatever I want, I just make sure to flush it out of my system the next day by exercising at the gym. I do not restrict myself completely, just MOST of the time. also, I have a doctor guiding me. it is not unhealthy for me to be doing this. If you have any questions I am happy to answer them, but I DO NOT HAVE AN ED.
