Iterative is an accelerator focused exclusively on Southeast Asia.
Founded by cofounders of Decide.com (acquired by eBay), Iterative differentiates itself with partners, mentors, advisors, and investors who have all previously started, sold, and operated startups. Iterative's mission is to build the strongest and most supportive network in the region for early stage founders.
We invest up to US$500K in batches twice a year. Upon admission, we invest the full amount upfront then work with the founders closely on their idea for 3 months. At the end of the 3 months, they present to a select group of investors with the goal of raising a larger round of investment.
After that, we and the alumni network continue to help the startups and founders for the lifetime of the startup and often much longer.
Iterative
If you're a fan of our videos, you'll be a fan of our program. Our 12-week program is for founders in Southeast Asia - we've invested in a founder with no product to seed-stage companies.
How do we run the program then? Our program has no curriculum. What we do instead is work closely with you, the founder, on your startup's biggest problem, and come up with levers and strategies to unblock growth.
At the start of the program, we'll set targets to hit. We help companies to grow 5%-7% every week. That's not a cumulative number, that's on a week-on-week basis.
The program comes with an investment of up to $500K, and upon admission, we invest the full amount upfront.
If you're a founder based in Southeast Asia, apply to Iterative. If you apply by Monday, 22 January, we can guarantee we'll review your application in time for the next batch. Apply here: bit.ly/484tNhT

Iterative
Fundraising is frustrating for many reasons, one of which is the pitch. Founders spend so much time working on their pitches, only to be rejected – often without a reason, and almost never with feedback on how they can improve. This is not only frustrating; it’s also not helpful.
Iterative wants to help founders with this feedback loop, so we're hosting an event to break down how to improve real pitches from real companies.
Join Hsu Ken Ooi, Managing Partner, as he reviews real startup pitches and gives actionable feedback. You’ll learn about what investors look for - and don’t look for - in pitches and gain practical advice on how you can improve your own pitch structure and delivery.
