Iโve put together a 3 part Tabata Workout which consists of High Impact Cardio, Low Impact Full Body & Abs Core.
When completing Workout part 1, part 2 will be suggested, then part 3.
Each workout is 12 minutes & in total the entire sequence will be 36 Minutes ๐ฎโ๐จ
