I finally recorded my first ever proper talking tutorial.

This one is a behind-the-scenes walkthrough of the Bisochronic Studio, the tool I built from the same core architecture I use to create REIDOS-style frequency tracks.

I’ll be honest, I was nervous. This was my first time screen recording with system audio, mic audio, and talking through the process at the same time, so the sound quality may not be absolutely perfect. I also tried putting a bit of processing on my voice, which may have affected the tone audio slightly in places.

But you’ll absolutely get the idea.

And I’ve already learned so much from recording this, so future tutorials will only get better.

I’ve put together a playlist that works almost like a frequency map for the channel.

The tracks are manually ordered from lower frequencies to higher frequencies, so you can browse through different brainwave-style sessions in a more intentional way.

Lower frequencies tend to lean more toward deep rest, sleep, recovery, and subconscious states.

Higher frequencies tend to lean more toward focus, clarity, energy, and expanded awareness.

These are not every track I’ve ever made, but they are some of my chosen picks for each frequency range.
