I’m Lana.
I help people with chronic knee and back pain move with less pain and more confidence through therapeutic yoga and personal guidance.
I lived with severe back and joint pain for over 15 years. Stretching, fitness training, and generic yoga didn’t help. What changed everything was learning how to work with alignment, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement instead of forcing the body.
Today, I support people who have tried yoga or exercises but still hurt, feel unsure what’s safe, or are afraid of making things worse. My approach is gentle, precise, and adapted to real bodies with real pain. This is not fitness yoga. It’s therapeutic work focused on safety, clarity, and sustainable relief.
I’m certified in Therapeutic Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga, with a focus on posture, joint health, mobility, and nervous system support.
