May is Fibromyalgia awareness month, those that live with it are fully "Aware" of it but others still don't understand because they can't "see" it they only see effects thinking its "personality. We are busy trying to ignore the pain to carry on with tasks & may get sharp with our tone or frustration when trying to figure something out we know we can do but the brain is overloaded trying to block the pain.
If you know someone with fibromyalgia please try to give them grace, they are doing the best they can to even be seen.
