Prep-lights of the week ✨😊

My butt is getting moderately kicked but I’m still trying to have fun!!!

This week was the first week in months that I really feel like I’ve established a routine for myself. And it made me really understand how critical a routine is for a successful diet or prep. When you’re prepping, your entire protocol is built around a consistent routine, so when any aspect of it is up in the air, it becomes so difficult to maintain your habits.

I never associate how thrown off and upset I feel without a routine WITH the fact that it’s because I’m lacking a routine until I actually have one again and look back and am like woah. My stress and anxiety was all from not having a consistent lifestyle in place. It makes me incredibly grateful for my apartment, my mundane activities, my access to gym and the foods I need.

Overall, really feeling the fact that the show is only ~8 weeks away and I feel like I’m not ready at all. Time goes so fast and I’m definitely worried I’m not prepared enough. But posing practice started this week, I’m trying my best and I’m putting in the work. And still attempting to sprinkle in some non-prep related activities. Time to enjoy the ride💪🏼🫶🏼

Also my parents came to visit this week 😇

PREP life lately 😇

To be honest I’m really freaking tired but trying my best to stay on track 😅 went to Ed Sheeran concert with my bff in Chicago this weekend, spent a few days at home, and am now spending some time in Alaska (vlog coming soon😗). And while travelling while trying to stay on track has definitely been stressing me out, I love this life + lifestyle.

I can’t believe my show is in like less than 10 weeks though. I have a lot of work to do. I have no idea how to pose and my sleeping schedule is still absolutely horrific. It’s not easy. But that’s the whole point I guess. Trying my best and trying not to be too much of a hermit.

Also I really want to adopt a dog. Let me know if that’s a good idea 👍🏼

In honor of 50k subs and starting prep, I promised to get myself a ninja creami 😎 well it’s been a few weeks since we hit 50k and I just moved into a new apartment so figured it was the perfect time. Here’s some pics of me trying to lift it out of the box, the mess I made unpacking today and my (semi) finished living room 🎀

But in all seriousness, I’m so grateful and excited to be able to share my tips, journey, knowledge and progress with you. It means the world to hear that my videos are helpful and I’m so excited for this next chapter 🤭
