Geoview signed a contract with COP for #Offshore#geophysical survey of #Haewoori Offshore #wind#farms in the East Sea.
According to the contract, Geoview plans to deploy its own vessel, 'Geoview DP-1(1731Gross tons)' to conduct #geophysical survey including #2DHR.
Geoview successfully completed the #Equinor's Firefly offshore wind farm project in 2022 and is currently in discussions with many offshore wind power developers in 2023.
All GeoView marine surveyors have completed BOSIET education conducted by OPITO in the UK through the Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology (#KIMFT).
The training included sea survival, #firefighting and #self-rescue, helicopter safety and escape.
Helicopter safety and escape training was the hardest, but it was carried out without a single loser.
This has led to further upgrades in the knowledge of the #HSE of the Geoview employees.
