Hydrate. Your body is always talking to you, and water is one of the simplest ways to bring yourself back into balance. Drink slowly. Breathe while you sip. Let it feel like an act of care, not a chore.

Journal. Write down what’s been sitting heavy, what’s been confusing, what’s been unspoken. Even one honest sentence can bring clarity. Journaling helps you slow your thoughts long enough to understand them. It’s where you reconnect with your inner voice — the quiet one that gets drowned out when life gets loud.
