Make It Dairy Free
Did you know that only ~5% of Americans are getting enough fiber? Everyone talks about protein, but this year you’ll hear more people talking about fiber. It supports long-term health, but it doesn’t have to be complicated.
I put together 5 recipes that take only 30 minutes (or less). Each of the recipes has at least 10g of fiber per serving which is almost half of what women need daily and 1/3 of what men need daily. In just one meal!
