Ravindra Jain Event Management is an organisation founded by Deevya Jain and Ayushman Jain in 2015, that began as an effort to create a space to connect with and appreciate the work done by artists in the field of music composition, lyric writing and singing as these were the three fundamentals that formed the legendary artist Padmashri Ravindra Jain.
Our humble beginnings came from the idea that we wanted to celebrate and remember Ravindra Jain ji and his work through events organised by our team, starting with an event honouring artists known for their contributions in music by giving them an award in Ravindra Jain ji’s name.
Over the years, our ideology and understanding of our own work has evolved and grown, with our team having organised more than 15 events over 9 years in the industry, we have learnt from our success and failures, but one thing that’s stayed true to us is:

रवींद्र जैन ग्रुप की तरफ से ग्रेट शोमैन राज कपूर जी को जन्मदिन की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। रवींद्र जैन ग्रुप रवींद्र जैन जी के चाहने वालों से आज एक बात साझा करना चाहता है जो 14 दिसंबर 1982 की बात है जब राज साहब ने अपने जन्मदिन पर रवींद्र जैन जी को अपने पुणे में स्थित लोनी फॉर्म हाउस पर एक पार्टी में बुलाया। पार्टी आर. के. की थी तो ग्रेट तो होनी ही थी। दूसरे दिन राज साहब ने रवींद्र जैन जी को अपने सिटिंग रूम में बुलाया और कहा- रवींद्र जी मैंने आपको इसलिए बुलाया है क्योंकि मैं अपनी नई फिल्म का टाइटल 'राम तेरी गंगा मैली' रखना चाहता हूं पर कैसे रखूं यह नहीं समझ पा रहा क्योंकि मैंने ही 'जिस देश में गंगा बहती है' टाइटल से फिल्म बनाई है तो मैं कैसे 'राम तेरी गंगा मैली' टाइटल रख सकता हूं।
राज साहब की बात सुनकर रवींद्र जैन जी हारमोनियम बजाते हुए सोचने लगे और तत्काल ही गाने लगे-
राम तेरी गंगा मैली हो गई
पापियों के पाप धोते-धोते...
बस इतना सुनते ही राज साहब खुश हो गए और बोले वाह रवीन्द्र जी आपने तो मेरी प्रॉब्लम को एक पल में हल कर दिया, क्या बात है। अब मैं यह टाइटल रख सकता हूं और 15 दिसंबर 1982 में राम तेरी गंगा मैली का टाइटल फाइनल हो गया।

Our team at RJ Group is excited to announce that on the 1st of March, 2025, we will be unveiling a new project that we have been working on, and this project is really special to us as we have been working on perfecting it for years.
This project’s name is ‘Radha Ke Shyam - Divine Love’, and it is a ballet depicting the sacred bond shared between Lord Krishna and Radha. More information on the show to follow!
This ballet is being directed and choreographed by national award winning choreographer Shri Bhushan Lakandri ji, and the music for this ballet has been composed and written by none other than Padmashree Ravindra Jain ji.

When it comes to the movie Henna, Randhir Kapoor truly did an amazing job showcasing the beauty of not only Kashmir, but also the love between two individuals who saw each other for who they were. This project, originally visualised by Raj Kapoor and one that was his dream project, was completed by his Randhir Kapoor with Ravindra Jain working on the musical side of the film.
In the movie, when these two are about to be married, the girl sings this song 'Nara Dana Anar Dana' in her native tongue to the boy saying how she wants to spend the rest of her life with him. This song is truly one that is precious and sweet to hear and it touches the heart of all the newly weds out there!

It's been a tough couple of weeks for all of us collectively, with everything that had been going on around us and it reminds me of how bleak it feels in such an environment.
It is something we need to come together and fight against and it is a long battle but this battle does take its toll, whether physical or mental it does not discriminate.
The destination is a ways away but we need to keep going, and this thought in particular reminds me of a song by Ravindra Jain ji from his first movie 'Kaanch aur Heera'.
