“By the joint efforts of Supreme Court Bar Association and New Delhi Bar Association, a dedicated AC Electric bus service for advocates & court staff commuting to and from Supreme Court and Patiala House is available on working days at every five minutes interval. It also connects Supreme Court Metro Station. Such bus service will be free for female advocates and female court staff.”

Hon’ble Supreme Court said in the case of Shama Sharma V/s Kishan Kumar (Transfer Petition No. 1957/2023) that “We see no reason for mentioning the caste/religion of any litigant either before this Court or the courts below. Such a practice is to be shunned and must be ceased forthwith.”
