Most of us try to “think” our way out of stress… while our body is still clenched like a fist.
Today’s session flips that.

Day 2 is all about somatic shaking + dynamic movement: a nervous‑system‑first practice that helps release physical tension, discharge stored stress, and activate the part of your system that actually relaxes you.
