[Ear stimulation]
In eastern medicine, the ear is closely involved with kidney meridian. So people with memory loss, ears ringing, dizziness, sleeplessness, lower body feeling dull etc. should try stimulating their ears.
Please use the image as reference.
Try pulling the ears back or up and down, or warming it up with a hot towel.
You'll feel relaxed afterwards so I recommend doing it before bed.

In eastern medicine, bad internal energy flow is seen as the source of Illness.
Strangely it shows rotating your ankles and wrists is one way to deal with it.
It's not something you do often unless you think about it so you should try rotating them about 20~30 times a day!
It can help improve blood flow, detoxification, and improve bad flow of mental energy.
Making it habitual can help with longevity.

The meaning for this pressure point is, the palace of resting.
So pressing it for five minutes on both hands helps you relax when your physically and mentally fatigued.
By rubbing your hands together to warm up the pressure point and placing it over your bellybutton, you can drive out negative energy in the stomach area!

[Improving physical condition with the meridians of our kidneys]
In eastern medicine, common problems around this season such as swelling, headaches, dizziness, feeling lightheaded, is thought to be caused by build up of water in the body.
It is caused by excess water build up in the body that doesn't get released by sweating.
In order to regulate our internal water we check the meridians of our kidneys.
You may find a spot on the inner side of your tibia that especially hurts.
Try using shiatsu on that.
In many cases a minute of shiatsu in each leg leads to feeling better.

Often times the liver is involved as well when the spleen and stomach isn't functioning very well.
The energy from the liver supports the spleen and stomach function, so when the energy from it stagnates you get more irritable, prone to anger and worry too deeply.
If you relate to this please please stretch your sides as shown on the image.
