Please send me a request for one hymn, with a paragraph as to why you'd like to hear it. It doesn't need to be any style, mood or season, but is something that perhaps reflects how you're currently thinking or linked to what is going on in your lives.

If there's a particular performance of this hymn that you like, please let me know otherwise I'll dig through the archives and find the best one (obviously it has to be something that I've previously played because I don't have access to an organ at the minute!).

I'm genuinely still in awe 🥹

Thanks to your extraordinary generosity, the crowdfunder smashed its £50,000 goal and landed at £51,210. I cannot tell you how humbled and overwhelmed I feel by the support this community has shown for the Music Room. 🙏

Quite a number of you have kindly asked if there's anything specific you could chip in towards.

Well, here you go: the next thing I need to purchase are the new cameras. £6,278 for six OBSBOT Tail 2 AI PTZ cameras that will transform what you see on every livestream and recording from the new Music Room.

After six years, Sunday's Virtual Church will be the very last broadcast from the dining room. The organ is about to begin its journey to the new BIS Music Room.

Apologies all,

I realise that this is an excuse rather like “my dog ate it”, but my little boy has broken my internet cable and I can’t get my organ or streaming PC online! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Those of you who were watching last week would’ve seen me go offline for a few minutes - this was for the same reason.

I’ve been out all day rehearsing and playing for a concert in the lovely village of Stockbridge (Hampshire) and it’s so oldy-worldly that everything is black and white here!

There are some serious organ recordings dropping to BIS over the coming weeks so you’ll have plenty to get your teeth into 😃
