We're Jon & Rich — two guys who left it all behind in 2023 to live full-time in an RV and explore America the way most people never get to.

Every week we're out on the road — hiking national parks, discovering hidden towns, digging into local history, and finding the places that don't make the tourist brochures. The RV is how we get there. The adventure is why we do it.

This is full-time RV life meets American exploration — real roads, real places, real experiences. From the desert Southwest to the Rocky Mountains, Route 66 to remote backcountry, we're covering it all from the road.

We camp where most people don't, stop where GPS says keep going, and stay long enough to know a place. If you've dreamed about full-time RV travel, hitting the open road, or seeing more of this country, subscribe.

New videos every Monday at 7PM EST. Subscribe and come along.

🚐📡 New Video is Live!

For years, every stop looked the same:

Set up Starlink.
Take down Starlink.
Find a place to store it.
Repeat.

It never seemed like a big deal… until we realized how much time and hassle it was adding to every travel day.

So before leaving the ranch for another summer on the road, we finally decided to do something about it.

In this week's video, we're permanently mounting Starlink on both our RV and truck in hopes of making travel days a whole lot easier.

Have you made any upgrades that completely changed your RV routine?

Our NomadsTrekkn Journey Tee is here.

This one feels special.

The design brings together so much of what NomadsTrekkn has been about — our truck and RV heading down a dirt road, surrounded by pieces of the places and landscapes that have shaped the journey: Mount Rushmore, bison, saguaro cactus, red arches, grasslands, trees, and the wide-open road.

It captures the spirit of traveling with our home behind us, chasing new places, making memories, and letting the road keep teaching us something along the way.

This design was created by @kaitlyncarlart, and we love how she brought our story to life in such a meaningful way.

Jon has already been wearing it, and we’re excited to finally share it with you.

🚐 New Video Is Live!

This week's video is a little different than our recent ranch projects...

No cabin repairs.
No container projects.
No major builds.

Instead, we're tackling something every full-time RVer eventually faces:

A storage compartment that somehow got completely out of control. 😅

What started as a simple cleanup turned into one of the funniest projects we've worked on in a while, complete with forgotten gear, questionable decisions, and plenty of moments where we found ourselves asking...

"How did it get this bad?"

But honestly, that's part of why we wanted to share it.

Because life on the road isn't just the big projects and scenic views.

Sometimes it's the everyday reality of maintaining a home that travels with you.

And with summer travel just around the corner, this project ended up becoming the first step in transitioning from ranch life back to life on the road.

If you've been following the ranch journey, stick with us on this one. We think you'll enjoy it.

Our merch shop is officially open!

We’re excited to finally share that the NomadsTrekkn merch shop is live.
Right now, we’re starting simple with stickers — including a few designs that feel true to life on the road, the places we’ve been, and the community that’s been following along with us.

More merch is coming soon, including shirts, hats, and a few other ideas we’ve been working on. But since the shop is finally set up, we wanted to go ahead and open the doors and let you take a look.

Thanks, as always, for being part of this journey with us. Every bit of support helps keep the stories, miles, and memories going.

🚨 New Video Is Live!

Sometimes the biggest problems are the ones you don't even realize are happening.

This week at D&H Crimson Sky Ranch, we discovered that years of wind had been slowly eroding sand away from part of our cabin's support system. It wasn't something we noticed day to day, but once we found it, we knew we couldn't leave it alone—especially with our summer travels only a few weeks away.

What started as a simple project quickly turned into a week of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and figuring out how to protect the cabin before we hit the road.

And just to keep things interesting, the generator decided it wanted some attention too.

If you've ever owned property, lived off-grid, or tackled projects yourself, you know that sometimes the real work isn't building something new—it's catching problems before they become much bigger ones.

🎥 Watch now and let us know:

Have you ever discovered a problem just in time before it turned into a major issue?

🎬 New Video NOW LIVE

Honestly… we never really thought we’d make a video like this 😅

But after getting SO many questions over the last couple weeks about what the ranch has actually cost us, we finally decided to sit down and break it all down.

In this week’s video we’re talking openly about:
🏜️ land costs
🔌 off-grid setup expenses
🚛 improvements and projects
🛠️ unexpected costs
💰 where the money really went over the last 4 years

We know this is something a lot of people are curious about when it comes to buying raw land and trying to slowly turn it into something functional, so we figured we’d finally pull back the curtain a bit and share the real numbers and experiences behind it all.

Definitely one of the more personal and transparent videos we’ve done 👀
