Finally saw Toy Story 5. Probably my worst cinematic experience since I saw Sonic 1. There was this family I was sitting next to who had this one kid who was being noisy and distracting throughout the majority of the screening and it was messing with my experience.

As for the movie, it was decent.

It had a decent amount of emotion, and for Jessie, it was deeper than I expected, especially regarding her backstory with Emily. I won’t spoil it but I kind of got emotional during those scenes.

I also thought the scenes with the Tech Buzzes were the most interesting parts of the movie.

Only part I didn’t like was some of the scenes with the toilet paper device. He’d just be there to make toilet jokes whenever he’s on screen. Maybe I’m just too old for those kinds of jokes but they just didn’t make me laugh. Thankfully that’s just a small portion of the movie.

The scenes with Woody and Buzz fighting over who gets to be in charge were also entertaining.

Overall I thought the movie itself was decent but I still consider the best movie to be a tie between 2 and 3. Still worth a watch though, especially for fans of the franchise.

Never going to a crowded theater again though. I hate sitting next to a bunch of kids…

It has officially been 3 years since the original release of the Dimension Ride comic series. So to celebrate the 3rd anniversary, I’m holding a fan art contest. The winner will have their artwork featured on the last page of Chapter 5 (with the original artist credited).

GUIDELINES:

• The artwork MUST feature characters that are from the comic. It cannot be your own characters or characters that are not owned by DFS.

• Artwork has to be SFW only. It cannot have any explicit material (like characters having sex, extreme fetishes, or gore).

Not that I’m an expert on parodies or anything but I think there’s plenty of proper ways you can parody other media that doesn’t involve mean spirited humor.

I think I’m going to stop with the community posts for a while.

I had a bad dream last night, which let’s just say made me depressed and ashamed of living in my own skin. So I think for the sake of my mental health, I’m going to limit my time on social media and focus on myself. And how often I post.

The only time I will actually post ANYTHING is if I have new content to show (which, let’s face it, is probably what some of you follow me for anyway and not to see me carry on like a bitch who complains about life).

Gonna be real, here, I’m not interested in seeing the new Disney Hexed movie.

I think visually, the new animated Disney movies just look kind of boring for my tastes. Maybe if I’m watching it with someone else then I probably will check out Hexed, but considering the reputation of Modern Disney, my expectations will be as low as possible.

Not saying I “hate” modern Disney, btw. I just find the new movies to be uninteresting nowadays. Zootopia 2 was actually good, though.
