This might be controversial… but personally, I don’t think it makes sense to sell *all* your property back home just to relocate abroad for uncertain opportunities 👀
Especially when you’re coming on a student visa, visit visa, or care route without permanent residency guaranteed yet.
Because the truth is… until you become a PR or citizen, that country is not fully yours.
Policies change. Immigration rules change.
Today it’s 5 years, tomorrow it’s 15 😭
And yes, I know people will say:
“But I’m doing it for my children.”
Which is fair 💛
Better roads, schools, opportunities, healthcare… all valid reasons.
But let’s also be honest:
A lot of people eventually stay abroad for themselves too. Even after the kids grow up.
My point is simply this:
Why sell EVERYTHING you own before you even know how life abroad will truly work out?
Some people come abroad and thrive.
Others get stuck in survival mode for years.
And care work especially can be very draining physically and mentally. Not everybody transitions into the “dream career” they planned.
I’m not saying don’t relocate.
I’m just saying… don’t leave yourself with absolutely nothing back home if you can avoid it.
What do you guys think? Would you sell all your property to relocate abroad, my Lovelies?👇🏽

I honestly don’t even know what to say 💔
I’m still hoping someone wakes up and tells me this is all just a rumor… because I truly don’t want to believe that Alexx Ekubo is gone.
Apart from being an incredible actor and one of Nollywood’s brightest stars, he was genuinely such a kind person.
The first time we met was on a movie set, and despite everybody surrounding him because of his superstar status, he was actually the one who said hi to me first 🥹
So warm. So respectful. So easygoing.
We later met again in Dubai… and sadly, that was the last time I saw him. 😢
And honestly?
One thing hurting me right now is that I kept telling myself I would check in on him someday. I heard little rumors here and there, but I never did.
Not because I think a message would have changed anything… but because now I wish I had just reached out 💔
Life is really so fragile.
If you’ve been thinking about checking in on someone you care about, please do it. Don’t always wait for the “perfect time.”
Rest well, Alex 🕊️
Thank you for your kindness, your talent, and the beautiful memories.
Please let’s keep his loved ones in our prayers during this difficult time. 💔

Happy freaking birthday to meeeee 🥹🎉❤️
Officially 31. Welcome to the third floor 😭✨
Honestly, this birthday feels different. I’m not just celebrating age, I’m celebrating growth, survival, grace, prayers answered, lessons learned, and the woman I’m becoming.
The last few years have taken me across different countries, different seasons of life, different versions of myself… from Lagos to Dubai, to the UK and now Canada 🇨🇦❤️ and through it all, God has truly been faithful.
This past year alone? Whew 🥹
Becoming a bank manager, getting my own place, building a life for myself, creating content, chasing bigger dreams, healing, growing, learning… and still holding on to faith through every high and low.
I may still be a PR holder now, but I’m already grateful for how far I’ve come and excited for everything ahead. More grace, more favour, more money, more peace, more wins, more soft life 😭✨
Birthdays will always be emotional for me because they remind me that no matter how hard life gets, God keeps showing up for me.
So today, I’m choosing joy. I’m choosing gratitude. I’m choosing to celebrate myself loudly ❤️
Happy 31st birthday to meeee 🥂✨

A few hours to my birthday 🥹❤️
Birthdays are always emotional for me because it’s not just about parties or gifts… it’s a moment for me to reflect on life, growth, how far I’ve come, and how good God has been to me.
I’m honestly so grateful for everything this new year represents.
But wait 😂 random question for my lovelies…
If the person you were dating/shared your life with had the exact same birthday as you, would you still continue the relationship?
Because me personally… I don’t even know how I feel about sharing MY special day 😭

NO TOASTERS IN CANADA 😭🇨🇦
I’m actually trying to understand what is going on at this point 😂
Back home in Nigeria, you can’t even walk peacefully, before you reach your destination, at least 1–2 people have “seen something special” in you 😭
But here?? You will walk, enter bus, go to events, even attend parties… nobody will still say a word 😂
And don’t say “meet people online” abeg 😭
Because next thing:
“Hi dear”
“Hello, nice to meet you”
“Have you eaten?”
Ah ah 😭 can we skip to:
Who are you? What do you like? Do you have sense? 😂
Even these events they say we should attend…
You’ll go, dress well, look good, stand there… everybody is forming shy 😭 nobody is talking to anybody
So what is the issue? 👀
👉 Work stress?
👉 Fear of being misunderstood?
👉 Or everyone just decided to mind their business? 😅
At this point, if you see someone you like… abeg try small 😭
You never know who your future partner is
Men… what’s going on? Why are you not toasting? 👀😂
Ladies… be honest, can YOU toast if you like someone? 😭
Let’s talk:
👉 How many random road toasters have you had since moving abroad, my Lovelies? 😂👇

A lot of people think I stopped acting because I moved to 🇨🇦 Canada.
No my love… acting is my first love. Always has been. Always will be. 🎬
Growing up, some people wanted to be doctors, lawyers, nurses…
I wanted to be an actress. And that hasn’t changed.
Yes, I have a full-time job.
Yes, I create content.
But when it’s time to step on set? I’m ready.
My lovelies, I never left. 💋
(But wait… did I say yes to the date though? 👀)
