Team, I have some exciting news! Kiwi Influence is on the verge of a massive milestone.
What’s happening? YouTube has a goal for every creator: once a channel reaches 4,000 hours of watch time in a year, it officially becomes a "Partner" channel. This is a huge deal because it helps me be able to keep this channel running and creating free workouts for you!
The status: We are currently at 3,915 hours. We need just 85 more hours to cross that finish line! 🏁

⚡️ The 30 Min NO REPEAT Cardio – You’ve asked for more "no repeat" workouts because they keep the energy high and the boredom low! This one is pure fun and sweat.
🏋️♀️ The 30 Min Dumbbell Strength – Our final chance to see if those weights feel a little lighter (or your form feels a little stronger) than in Week 1.
