Lost Muslim Heritage of Bihar is an attempt to revive the lost history, culture, and heritage of Bihar.

During the partition of India, Bihar witnessed a large-scale migration of Muslims that left permanent scars. People left their properties, their legacies, and their stories behind. This tragic cycle repeated during the Bangladesh liberation war again affected Muslims of Bihar.

In all this continuous chaos for the community, the heroic stories of Muslims of Bihar like Sir Ali Imam who was a great leader of the Bihar movement or of Zafar Iqbal who won the Hockey gold for India, and of Maulana Mazharul Haque who is the founder of Patna University got shadowed slowly. All this needs to be revisited and retold.

The Muslim diaspora of Bihar is now present in different states of India and also abroad but there is a need to revisit the history again.
