We're introducing a landmark mixed-use destination — 2,00,000 sqft of retail and cinema rising across 2.5 acres in the heart of Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. A project designed not just to serve a city — but to redefine its commercial gravity.

What makes this project unlike anything built here before:
🌀 The Facade — A fluid white mass with parametric curved geometry. The roofline sweeps like a continuous wave, frozen in concrete. Not a straight line in sight.
🟤 The Cinema Volume — Wrapped in a perforated bronze-gold screen panel that glows from within at dusk — a lantern set against the Chhatarpur skyline.
🪟 Street-Level Glazing — Full-height glass dissolves the boundary between inside and outside. Retail doesn't just happen here — it becomes spectacle.
🏛️ The Arched Underbelly — A covered civic threshold connecting both volumes. An invitation, not just an entrance.

Unveiling a Memorial That Speaks — 220 ft Parametric Tower | 10 Acres | Ludhiana
Some leaders don't just serve their time — they define it.
This memorial is a tribute to a visionary statesman whose contributions shaped the very foundation of modern Punjab. A jurist. A statesman. A servant of this soil. We didn't want a monument that merely stands. We wanted one that speaks — and every design decision reflects that intent.
What you'll see in this video:
🔥 The Flame Shell — A 220 ft double-curvature NURBS surface, two sweeping forms bowing outward at mid-height and tapering to a knife edge at crown and base. Pure geometry. Pure emotion.
🔩 The Interior Diagrid — A stress-traced lattice where every member is positioned by algorithmic load mapping. Structure and ornament became the same thing.
🌿 The Flanking Pergolas — Lofted spline paths with rib spacing modulated by a sine wave, creating a rhythm that breathes as you walk through.
🌊 The 10-Acre Landscape — Sculpted berms, reflective pools, and fountain axes make the ground as intentional as the tower above it. The landscape isn't backdrop — it's architecture.
This is what happens when computation, structure, and meaning converge.

A hospital shouldn't feel like a sentence. It should feel like a beginning.

We're thrilled to share renders of Oxford Hospital — our upcoming 150-bed healthcare facility in Punjab, currently in design development at Studio Ardete.

Every decision in this building comes back to one question: what does a patient need to feel safe, seen, and hopeful?

The answer shaped everything — the undulating stone façade that softens an institutional typology, the Corten-framed entrance arch that reads as shelter rather than threshold, the ribbon windows that bring in sky from every ward floor, and the rooftop healing garden with winding paths and water.

Inside, a living atrium tree anchors the soul of the building. We call it the "tree that holds the building up" — not structurally, but emotionally.

150 beds. One belief: that great architecture heals.

220 ft tall. 10 Acres. A tribute to a visionary statesman.

Some leaders don’t just serve their time — they define it. This memorial honours a man whose contribution shaped the very foundation of modern Punjab. A jurist. A statesman. A servant of this soil.

We didn’t want a monument that merely stands. We wanted one that speaks.

The Parametric Form:
The 220 ft flame-like shell is a double-curvature NURBS surface — two sweeping forms bowing outward at mid-height, tapering to a knife edge at crown and base. The interior lattice is a stress-traced diagrid, every member positioned by algorithmic load mapping. Structure and ornament became the same thing.

The flanking pergolas follow lofted spline paths, rib spacing modulated by a sine wave — a rhythm that breathes as you walk through.

Hotel Pinjore

6 acres of possibility. 200,000 sq ft of intention.
After months of sketching, iterating, and obsessing over every curve — we’re finally ready to share what we’ve been building toward.
This is a project that asked us a fundamental question early on: what if a building didn’t just sit on the land, but moved with it?
The answer became a parametric facade that ripples like topographic contours — not as ornament, but as the building’s primary logic. The latticed skin breathes, filters light, and frames the sky differently at every hour. No two moments of this elevation are the same.
Ten floors of hospitality, stacked with purpose. The podium dissolves into a sculpted roofscape — flowing timber canopies that arch and dip like waves frozen mid-motion, creating outdoor dining, terraces, and pause-worthy moments at every threshold.
The ground plane is generous, the landscaping deliberate — water bodies, formal gardens, and tree canopy woven around the building so the architecture never quite ends where the land begins.
What excites us most isn’t the complexity of the geometry. It’s watching a feeling — one we chased for a long time — finally take physical form in the renders.
This is just the beginning of sharing this one.

A mandir taking shape across 5 acres in North India — form drawn from the Kalash, held within lotus petals, every surface clothed in intricate carving. Not ornament. Devotion made structural.
The garbhagriha at the heart. The shikhara rising — not aggressively, but inevitably. Like something remembering its own shape.
Most of a career you believe architecture is about rigour. The section. The detail. The material logic.
And then a project arrives that asks for something else entirely.
Sadhguru has lived this — that the most profound navigation is inward. That stillness is not the absence of intelligence. It is its highest form.
The form didn’t come from references. It arrived. In a moment of listening.
I am an architect. But on this project — a Sthapati in training.
What it asks is not brilliance. It is receptivity.
The deity builds. We draw. 🙏

Some sites don’t ask to be designed. They ask to be listened to.

This one spoke in deodar light, in the way the valley drops without warning, in old trees that have been here longer than any brief we could write.

We’re building a 12 bigha resorts in Kasauli. But more than that — we’re trying to hold something rare. That specific feeling of a Himalayan morning when the mist hasn’t lifted yet and the world feels like it belongs only to you.

The slope stays untouched. Cottages step down the hill like they always were there. Timber, stone, steep pitches — a quiet nod to alpine grammar, rewritten in Himalayan light. Glass walls wide enough to pull the whole valley inside.

Every cottage placed so a guest wakes up to nothing but trees, sky, and silence. Privacy here isn’t a wall. It’s the mountain doing what it has always done — holding you, gently, apart from everything else.

The waterfalls stay. The old trees stay. The view stretches as far as the land allows — and we designed all of it. Not just what we built, but everything the eye touches.

This one is close to the heart. 🏔️
