My old Highschool homie looking Fantastico in his 40โ€™s rocking one of my staple Grappler shoulder mobilizers .

Palms out, pinkies up, press out against the handles, and reach the arms long. Let the shoulder blades separate as you breathe.

Take 10 deep breaths and feel the upper back expand, hydrate, release, and mobilize.

My good friend and super athlete Jeremy holding a majestic pose on the first prototype of the Mantis Stix .

Over that year I had gotten over a dozen referrals for helping athletes get back off then bench from Achilles and ankle related injuries .

PVC pipe had become my best friend as it was so versatile and easy to help support certain holds and positions.

Time and time again people would say โ€œHey Man. If there was a handle right here , I could brace a little better and be more stable โ€œ.

So as I always did , I called pops . And as he always did , he worked his magic .

The next day we had handles on our PVC pipes . From there the possibilities opened up on what we could accomplish on these .

From there my big bro stepped in and we all got to work . After over two years of R and D and developing the program and the final versions we are out in the wild ๐Ÿ™‚

It was the last project my pops and I got to work on together . I love that it was this one . Itโ€™s made such an impact already . I love that his work is out there helping more people every day .
