This video has been out for 9 days now and I honestly wasn't sure how people would receive it.

I talked about closing the doors to my gym. About building something that completely got away from me. About logging into a work meeting three days after my daughter was born — baby on my lap — and not even pausing to question it. About how I spent years chasing a version of success that I had borrowed from someone else, without ever stopping to ask if it was actually what I wanted.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped saying the thing I believe most: that lifting weights will change your life. That getting stronger is worth everything. That was always the point. I just lost it for a while.

The response has meant a lot. So many of you have reached out saying you've felt this too — that weird, creeping feeling of being busy and off course at the same time. Building a life that looks right from the outside but doesn't feel like yours anymore.

✨ I’ll be honest — this one got emotional.

When I first stepped into the gym, it wasn’t about chasing strength numbers or PRs. It was about trying to fix myself. I thought fitness was a chore, something to suffer through to look “better.”

But somewhere along the way, lifting stopped being about punishment — and became about power. 💪 It gave me confidence, self-respect, and the ability to truly love my body for what it can do.
