OMG you guys!! It's been too long! I've recently been getting questions, few of you worried (thank you), I'm alive and well 😊 recently started a job then ended up needing surgery. So to help distract us from all chaos we decided to raise Monarch butterflies🦋 with the kids this year. 4 cacoons have emerged into beautiful butterflies and 4 left ☺ I shared a video of a butterfly flying off for the first time on my Instagram @fibromom11 if you'd like to watch. Isn't this the truth? Even on your worst days, when you're struggling just to breathe..I want you to remember how awesomely bad ass you really are! Don't measure your self worth by how much you accomplish because you can't control chronic illness. What matters is, regardless of how bad you feel is that you are doing your very best. That's all you can do! So many of you need to give yourself more credit, so many people out there that are perfectly healthy and hardly try but here you are. Be proud. Love you❤😘🤟
