As a passionate advocate for Customer Experience (CX), I believe that CX is the foundation of business success. My journey began over two decades ago when I co-founded Mas Callnet, a company focused on transforming customer interactions through world-class CX solutions. Since then, I have co-founded DialDesk and Cart2Profit, two companies that continue this mission.

Your Success Will Be Limited By Only Two Things:
✅ How deep you can think.
✅ How far you can visualize.
what has changed in me over the last 25 years, especially in the last 4.
Today, I discuss numbers that once felt like fantasy.
I pursue targets that my younger self would have dismissed as irrational.
I am, in many ways, rewriting my own story.
But the biggest change isn’t in my skills, network, or experience.
It’s in the size of my thinking.
Whenever I compare myself with the entrepreneurs and leaders I admire, I still feel small.
And that’s exactly the point.
The gap is rarely about intelligence.
The gap is often about imagination.
Successful people see possibilities long before they become realities.
They think deeper.
They visualize farther.
They operate from a future that most people haven’t even considered yet.
One habit has transformed the way I approach goals:
Whenever I set a target, I ask myself:
“How would the person I admire most think about this?”
“What opportunities would they see that I’m currently missing?”
That simple exercise forces me to expand my horizon.
Because every breakthrough first happens in the mind before it appears in the balance sheet, the business, or life itself.
The future you create will rarely exceed the future you can clearly visualize.
My question for you:
What is the one goal you’re currently afraid to say out loud because it sounds too big?
Share it below.
You might discover that your next level begins where your current imagination ends.

Most BPO conversations sound polished in the boardroom.
But customers don’t experience the boardroom.
They experience the floor. 🎯
One thing I’ve learned over the years in building and scaling operations:
A great presenter is not always a great executor.
And sometimes the quietest person in the review meeting is the one silently holding the entire operation together.
PowerPoint fluency and execution capability are two very different muscles.
Green dashboards can hide operational fractures.
Fancy terminology can camouflage weak process ownership.
And sometimes the people who communicate brilliantly upward struggle to deliver consistently downward.
That’s why real operational maturity is visible in places where slides cannot help:
• Can frontline agents explain the “why” behind the process?
• Can managers openly discuss where customer promises are breaking?
• Is hiring based on actual role DNA or just filling seats quickly?
• Does leadership spend more time on optics or root-cause correction?
• Can execution survive without escalation oxygen every day?
One of the strongest indicators of a healthy operation is transparency under discomfort.
Ask to sit with agents.
Ask to hear difficult calls.
Ask where the process failed last month.
Ask what leadership changed after discovering it.
Because execution leaves fingerprints everywhere.
In my experience, companies scale faster when they stop rewarding only the best communicators and start recognizing the best operators too.
The boardroom may create strategy.
But the floor creates reputation. 🚀

My LinkedIn will tell you that I founded @MasCallnet in 2003.
And built a call centre that serves clients from the US & UK.
Here's what it doesn't tell you.
I came from a family with no business background.
No one to call when things went wrong.
No blueprint for everything that entrepreneurship brings.
My first business was renting out comics (funded by my sister).
With my college, I was setting up operations in a factory.
First gig? Selling pest control solutions in Delhi.
I have made every expensive mistake a founder can make.
Trusting the wrong people, moving too slow on decisions,
and spending years being average at everything instead of excellent at the things that actually mattered.
22 years in, I am still rewiring.
The latest challenge is to make my 23-year-old company AI native.
LinkedIn compresses all of this into years and titles.
What it misses are the sleepless nights, and restless days that go into building something substantial.
If you are early in your journey and the path looks unclear, keep going.
You’ll figure it out!

Ideas matter, but action is what compounds
This is my favourite sentence.
If we’ve ever had a chat,
There is a 99.99% chance I’ve dropped this in the conversation.
But this sentence has a level 2 now. Over the last few months,
I noticed my team started saying and following it, too.
We were focused on action. The energy was there. People were moving.
But a lot of that movement wasn't going anywhere.
So I gave my team two new lenses. Progress & Profit.
I now ask every leader to run whatever they're doing,
Through these lenses, before calling it an action.
Whatever you are doing, is it resulting in progress? Is it delivering profit?
If the honest answer to both is no, that is not an action. That is an activity.
Activities keep the day full. Actions move the business forward.
Both can look the same from the outside
But deliver very different outcomes for a business.
Ideas matter. Action compounds. But only the action that creates progress or profit.
Everything else is movement. And movement is not the same as growth.
Take a look at your task list and see which actions create progress or profit?
If you liked this, follow me for more first-hand perspectives on entrepreneurship and AI transformation.

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆.
𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝟭 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿.
The problem is that the focus is on the presentation,
not on the problem that needs solving.
Hours for the prep. More hours of beautifying the decks.
All for the story that the presenter wants to tell (not the reality).
At @MasCallnet , we made a small change to make meetings 10x more effective,
and it has saved 100s (if not 1000s) of hours.
We replaced PPT reviews with a real-time dashboard with 3 rules.
𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝟭:It has to be live. Real-time access for everyone involved.
No chasing data, no waiting for someone to pull a report. Non-negotiable.
𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝟮: It has to show three things clearly.
A) What is there to consume as information
B) What is there to celebrate, and
C) What needs action, and who is the person who needs to take it?
𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝟯:From a CEO to an executive, everyone should have visibility on the next steps for folks who are one level below them.
With this way of meetings, the celebrations and accountability are tied to metrics.
The person being reviewed then only answers two things.
➡️How did you create the results we are celebrating?
➡️What is your plan for where we are falling short?
No slides. No half-baked stories. Just the numbers & the true picture.
We were spending 90% of the review time finding the problem and 10% solving it.
That ratio has now flipped.
If you feel this can make your meeting 10x effective as well, share this with your team today!
I have been obsessed with dashboards lately. In the coming weeks, I’ll make more posts about how I am using data to cut through the noise. If this is something you’d like to learn about, follow me to get my posts on your feed directly.

𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗢𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘆. 🛑
For 23 years, I calculated ROI only in money. I was missing half the equation.
As founders, we learn to handle everything—Sales, HR, Ops. We think because we have the context, we’re the best people to do the work. This assumption is costing us more than we realize.
I might know 80% of what a specialist knows. But a specialist who has done the same thing for 50 companies will get it right faster and with higher certainty.
When you hire them, you aren't paying for knowledge. You’re paying for Execution Depth.
The Real ROI Formula:
1️⃣ Money invested
2️⃣ Probability of success
3️⃣ Time saved
Time bachana bhi ROI hai. ⏳
Our duty as founders is to keep challenging what we know and keep evolving.
Ask yourself: What is one belief about your processes you haven't questioned in a while? Let’s talk in the comments. 👇
