Quite the “anabolic” dinner tonight
3 whole eggs
180g of meat
Half an avocado
Drizzle with raw honey (don’t know the amount)
Followed by 200g of Greek yoghurt with about 100g of blueberries and another drizzle of raw honey for dessert.
I don’t count calories or weigh food but since you guys wanna know how I eat I’ll do it to show you. Vid will be coming in the near future 💯
This is a perfect meal if you’re in a pinch or just lazy to cook.
