Cacao Latte Recipe

Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk)
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon coconut oil or ghee (optional)
1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt

Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne pepper

Instructions:
Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm (don’t let it boil).
Add cacao powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the milk. Whisk until smooth.

Optional: Use a milk frother or immersion blender for a frothy texture.

Taste and adjust sweetness or cacao as needed.
Pour into a mug, garnish with cinnamon or cacao powder, and enjoy!
