6,000 Hindu Squats a Day?

I've been planning on doing a LIVE presentation on Hindu squats, where I answer questions that people frequently ask, as well as those that are frequently unasked.

We're talking about a combination of FAQ and FUQ.

One of the questions I'll be answering is whether or not the Great Gama from India really did 6,000 Hindu squats per day?

My answer will most certainly be controversial.

This LIVE presentation will take place tomorrow 12/31/2025 at 12 Noon EST - and will be open to the public. Make sure you're subscribed to this channel - and have hit the "notifications" bell at the top.

This will be a superb way to get yourself focused on making 2026 the fittest and healthiest year of your life.
