Welcome to Cocktail Underground, formerly known as One Drink Three Bars!
I not only make cocktails at home, but I occasionally emerge from the underground (my basement) and explore different bars. The original premise of the channel was to get one drink at three different bars and compare it. While I'll still be doing that show, my new name is more descriptive of the channel as a whole (and I think it rolls off the tongue easier too!)

Happy New Year!
I’m doing Dry January this year. I had a couple solid cocktails and some champagne last night, including after midnight, but I’m not that pedantic about the calendar flipping.
This month I’ll be sharing more non-alcoholic drinks, and THC drinks.
If you’re here for the booze, don’t worry! There’s a big back catalog, and regular cocktail content will be back in February.
Let me know if there are any non-alcoholic drinks or THC drinks you would like me to review.
