Hi guys, I’m planning on uploading music related content on TikTok for fun. I enjoy creating music that's not just lo-fi, so you will be able to see other styles/genres I like to cook up! Here’s the link if you’re interested.
Also, thank you guys for the continued support. I apologize for the lack of engagement with a lot of your guy’s comments, I've just been busy with life. However, I do read them when I can.
Lastly, just a reminder to credit when using my music and if you got copyright claimed you can email copyright@freetouse.com to always get them removed for any reason.
Hi, just a reminder for if anyone that got copyright claimed, make sure you added proper credits by adding my name AND title of the song to your description and then send an email to copyright@freetouse.com with a link to your video saying you've added credits and they will remove the claim.
I think some are believing that I'm lying about my music being royalty free but I promise that you just need to put proper credits and you will be fine. Even if you did get claimed you can email copyright@freetouse.com and get it removed with no hassle. This credit detection system may seem inconvenient but it is a way to protect my music from being stolen and copyrighted by a third party. And if that happened (which it has), everyone would get copyright claimed including me and it would be a huge hassle to deal with.
UPDATE: Hi, if anyone got copyright claimed, make sure you added proper credit by adding my name and title of the song to your description and then send an email to copyright@freetouse.com with a link to your video saying you've added credit and they will remove the claim ASAP. I thought it goes away automatically, but it doesn't so my mistake there.
Hello everyone, I signed the majority of my songs with a copyright free music label in order to protect it from people who steal my music. I just want to clarify that it is still royalty free if you added proper credit. They use an automatic detection system that detects if the person has included my name and the title of the song making sure its spaced out correctly and spelled correctly. Example: "massobeats - title". If you've been copyright claimed by Younited Media GmbH Music, then you probably did not credit properly. If you've received a claim and fixed the description, then email copyright@freetouse.com with a link to your video and the claim will be removed. EDIT: previously I said the claim will go away automatically. My mistake, you have to email copyright@freetouse.com and send them the link to your video.
Update on copyright issues regarding my last post: I still have not received an email back by the company, but the music from the person stealing my music have been taken down which is good news. For people who have copyright claims let me know if your claim has been removed. If it hasn’t either dispute it or wait a little bit to see if it removes itself later.
Hello everyone, I am aware that a person named "dododada" is trying to copyright claim and steal my music. The company they use is Fuga and I've been currently trying to get ahold of them but they have not responded back. *I would advise not to use any of my music in your videos because of this.*
I've noticed many non-copyright music artists stop making non copyright music due to the same issue of people stealing their music. Because of this I am debating on whether to continue or not because I cannot even ensure that my music is safe to use. Unfortunately, this is the reality of a poor copyright system within YouTube and in the music industry.
Update: Check my latest post for an update, but it seems like it is mostly solved for now.
Hi, to prevent any confusion this is a disclaimer only for artists using my beats in their own music, not content creators.
Sorry if it’s not clear, but you cannot copyright claim the song with my beat in it (like using content ID). It causes issues for creators who use my music in their video/content. I’ve been informed about issues where some content creators get a copyright issue or monetization issue due to that.
Hello, for anybody that uses my music in their content, I did a small terms update for a few songs as I felt the "non-copyright" tag for them was a little misleading.
Since these three are technically remixes even though no samples from the original songs were used (just part of the melody composition), I just want to be cautious and not label them as "non-copyright". However, anybody that already used these in your content should not have to worry. The chances these songs get claimed are very low. Sorry for the mistake!

For the people that follow my channel, do you mainly just listen to my music or come here for music to use in your content (or both)?

You see two songs on your recommended, one that says royalty free and one without that, which one would you click on based on the title alone?

Hello, for anybody that uses my music in their content, I did a small terms update for a few songs as I felt the "non-copyright" tag for them was a little misleading.
Songs:
massobeats - cloudy
massobeats - waiting
massobeats - magic carousel
Since these three are technically remixes even though no samples from the original songs were used (just part of the melody composition), I just want to be cautious and not label them as "non-copyright".
