It's my birthday today and I wanted to give something back to everyone who has supported my music over the years! I'm really happy to release my Pokémon Piano Collections: Gentle Routes. Pokémon was such a huge part of my childhood and still is a big part of my gaming life today. I've picked my favourite themes from across my favourite games, and created a piano collection you can relax, unwind, study to and relive the nostalgia these amazing games bring. Enjoy!

I’m really excited to announce my piano collection of Pokémon songs, Gentle Routes! Pokémon was such a huge part of my childhood and still a series I hold close to my heart. I’ve curated my favourite pieces from its iconic soundtrack over the generations, and this is a perfect collection to relax with, unwind and experience the nostalgia and joy I know this series has bought to so many. This is probably a bigger think piece for a longer Substack post one day, but the amount of AI slop that is being created in the creative space is super disheartening. I somehow ended up in a black hole of AI generated video music arrangements, animated kitten slop, and it literally made me want to scream into the void.

As someone who has spent years working on their craft, it's super disheartening to see the soulless slop created with 'music' AI software. I will always be of the belief that human art truly cannot be replicated by AI with any integrity.

What are your thoughts?

I’m also so, so excited with a few projects I have lined up for you all this year. The first, I want to give a little idea of what it will be.
