My name is Luca Rani, and I’ve been working in the construction industry for over 35 years. Throughout this time, I’ve overseen numerous renovations, collaborating with many reliable and professional companies—as well as my own.

Every day, I deal with solar panel systems, renewable energy, thermal insulation, air conditioning, energy efficiency upgrades, and roof replacements involving asbestos removal, like Eternit.

Over the last 12 years, I’ve specialized in managing the many opportunities in this field: energy efficiency incentives, energy production bonuses, construction tax credits, grants, and other funding programs.

I’ve worked both as a technician and as a contractor, so I know all aspects of the job—both theory and hands-on practice.

This channel was born out of my passion for this work and my desire to share my experience. Maybe I can teach you something about my field, just like I enjoy learning from others.
