But everyday when I wake I feel so BLESSED to have this body that allows me to do such such amazing things in this world. Over the years I’ve been a bodybuilder, crossfitter, competitive stairclimber, and racewalker. There is nothing stopping you from achieving all of your health and wellness goals.
