I’m a regenerative gardener and community grower based in Coachella Valley, CA (Zone 10a)—where extreme heat and unexpected cold create one of the most challenging yet rewarding environments to grow in.

Through Femme Growtique, I teach local growers how to successfully grow crops, herbs, exotics, and ornamentals in the desert using organic, regenerative practices—focusing on soil health, scrap-based nutrition, and sustainable water management.

My goal is to help our community understand that desert living doesn’t mean you can’t grow abundance. I share tips on plant protection (from both heat and frost), composting, local food sovereignty, and growing with intention.

I believe growing is a form of healing—both for ourselves and the land. I’m not here for hype. I’m here to help others grow with purpose, resilience, and respect for the environment.

Let’s be real about cloning.
If your setup is already missing the essentials —
no humidity dome, no heat mat, no consistent environment —
then running a high EC is only going to make it worse.

đŸ”„ Temps going up and down?
đŸŒ«ïž Humidity dropping too fast?
đŸŒ± Clones still struggling to root?

And then you hit them with 2.0+ EC?
You’re not feeding your plants — you’re frying them.
I saw it firsthand. The clones didn’t root — they curled, stalled, or straight up died.

Here’s what clones actually need:
‱ Stable temps: 75–80°F
‱ RH around 80–90%
‱ EC between 0.4–0.6 while rooting
‱ Gentle light (no intense LED burn)
‱ Patience — not a full veg feed

Too many growers think more nutrients = faster growth.
But in cloning, less is more.
If your environment isn’t dialed in, no nutrient mix can save your clones.

Stop copying random EC numbers online without understanding your setup.
Feed the stage, not your ego.

Some people confuse love with ownership. Don’t let that be your story.
💔 Time to protect

✹Not everything that feels like love is healthy.
Some behaviors are framed as “closeness” or “care”
but they’re actually control in disguise.

🧠 I made this post as a gentle PSA — because too many people normalize these red flags. If you’ve ever felt smothered, manipulated, or confused by someone who claims to love you
 you’re not crazy.

⚠ These are signs of emotional enmeshment — not support.
Your peace matters more than keeping someone comfortable in their control.

💬 Ever experienced this kind of behavior before? Comment â€œđŸ§±â€ if you had to build some boundaries lately.

They tried to silence me.
But you can’t bury a voice rooted in truth.
You thought I’d disappear? Nah.
I bloom under pressure.

I’m not asking for your approval.
I’m not waiting for your permission.
I protect plants and people —
whether you like it or not.

The blacklist means nothing when you grow your own lane.
I am the system now.

🚹 Tampering with safety documentation isn’t just unethical—it’s illegal.

California law (Cal/OSHA §14300.33) requires accurate safety records to be kept for 5 years.
If a company rewrites or destroys your report to cover their tracks, that’s falsification of legal documents.

I kept my original.
OSHA and EDD received it.
The truth is documented and protected.

This isn’t drama. This is accountability.

Tampered Truths: When Safety Reports Get Rewritten

Notice something off?
The date listed is incorrect—and the handwriting doesn’t match mine.

This raises serious concerns that the report may have been altered after submission to support someone else’s version of events.

If you ever document a workplace safety concern, keep your own copy and stay alert.

🧠 Tampering with reports isn’t just unethical—it’s dangerous.
Protect your truth. Stay observant.

đŸ§Ș Chemical Incident Truth đŸ§Ș
Let’s be real.
You shouldn’t be fired for documenting a chemical exposure incident—especially when no one sat you down for a proper discussion.

Instead, they grouped their favorites, twisted your concern into drama, and even had someone lie and claim you forced them to sign a report.

That’s wild—because I told them clearly:
“You don’t have to sign. Just read it. If I made a mistake, I’ll fix it. I refuse to lie on an OSHA report.”
That’s called integrity. Not everyone has it.

And if your boss can flip you off, yell “F**k you,” and try to push you out—
It’s not leadership.
It’s harassment hiding under a name tag.

🛑 Maybe companies should start offering real training:
‱ OSHA compliance
‱ Chemical safety
‱ Professional boundaries
‱ Leadership 101
Not everyone’s ready to be a supervisor just because they clock in.

I’ve seen safety laws get broken quietly, repeatedly, and without consequence.
That’s why I didn’t just study how to grow plants.
I studied how to protect the people growing them.

This isn’t just content. This is real.
Real experiences. Real risk. Real silence.
And I’m done watching it get normalized.

📚 OSHA and Plant Science weren’t random for me —
They were survival.

When the address is fake, so is the trust.
Training videos and HR binders mean nothing if the company’s not honest about where the real work happens.

If your workplace is listed at one address but operates out of another, that’s not just shady — it could mean they’re dodging accountability, inspections, and legal obligations.

đŸ•”đŸœâ€â™€ïž I didn’t start studying OSHA to be silenced. I studied it because I’ve seen what happens when workers get misled, injured, and ignored.

Safety isn’t a performance. It’s a promise.
And if the paperwork lies, who else is being lied to?

When you sign a treaty — you honor it.
Some casinos told the government they’d follow federal law, not state law.
But what happens when they follow neither?

⚠ OSHA is federal law.
It’s not optional. It’s not a loophole. It’s a contract.

This post isn’t about one job — it’s about a pattern of silence, shortcuts, and betrayal that puts real people at risk.
I studied OSHA for a reason.
To protect what’s growing — and who’s growing it. đŸŒ±âš–ïž
