It's seldom, if ever I remember a dream for more than a few moments. I wake up with no memory of the dreams I've had nearly every day of my entire life.
Tonight, I turned off the Internet, put on my all time favorite LIVE album, put on my headphones, pushed play and laid down on my couch. Slowly, I dozed off.
I've listened to this album at least a hundred times.
During the recording the artist takes a few minutes to address the audience. This has been one of my favorite moments on any album I've ever heard.
This is when it happened.
I began to dream.
In my dream, the guitarist was speaking directly to me, but there was someone else there with me. We were listening to the album together, lying on the floor. I saw long, curly, sandy blonde hair, and her mouth and eyes. She was beautiful, but not what most women are programmed to believe they have to look like. She was ordinary in every way. No makeup. No frilly jewelry, and wearing a grey t-shirt and faded blue jeans.
I could hear the artist talking to me on the album, but she was also speaking to me. It became as real as the sky.
She asked me if I remembered her? I remember that question vividly, and I remember my body freezing, because I couldn't.
I asked her quietly, "What is your name?"
She leaned in and kissed me very softly. We were looking each other straight in the eyes. She began to tell me her name, and then FUCK!
I woke up.

So a guy who playth banjo took the time out of his day to type thith about a video on my channel in which I shared how to properly repair a banjo.
Ugh. "This guy I am sure is a nice guy but he does not know anything about banjo set up, never take a banjo to a guitar shop he does not even know what the parts are on a bnajo"
He's not a bad banjo player. Boring, but not bad.
