Just uploaded a simple guacamole using:

✔ Hass avocados
✔ Red onion
✔ Fresh garlic
✔ Cocktail tomatoes
✔ Salt, pepper & a pinch of cinnamon

No additives. No preservatives. Just real ingredients.

I leave the crushed garlic for 10 minutes before mixing — makes a difference.

Perfect on a Ryvita biscuit or alongside grilled chicken or fish.

New Video: Low-Carb Banana & Blueberry Cake 🍌🫐

I’ve just uploaded a 12-minute bake using almond flour and flax seeds instead of regular flour.

✔ No refined white sugar
✔ No wheat flour
✔ Moist, simple and easy to make

It’s not strict keto (bananas are involved!), but it’s a much lower-carb alternative to traditional banana cake.

If you’re reducing refined carbs but still want something satisfying, this one’s for you.

I have finally done it - Almond flour bread, oven-baked, no whea, no nonsense.
It's risen properly, slices well, and fits a keto/low-carb style, but i'll be honest a bit to dry for my taste - but goes well with a nice thick spread of butter.
