I serve as Vice President of Workforce & Community Education at Northwell Health, where I focus on shaping the future of healthcare talent through strategic partnerships, education and learning innovation. I also sit on the Board of Trustees for The Possible Zone, advancing youth entrepreneurship and economic mobility.
Beyond healthcare, I explore the human experience of work and leadership. What happens when opportunity meets belief?
I joined STRIVE’s Powering Progress event alongside leaders from JPMorgan Chase, Truist Foundation, and the National Urban League to explore how we can build more human-centered, future-ready workforce systems.
In this session, one way I share how we’re doing that at @NorthwellHealth1 is through MedVoyage, a hands-on program connecting high school students directly with hospital careers.
No fluff. Just real access, real simulations, real experience, and real impact.
MedVoyage was built to be mission-driven and margin-minded, a model that works at scale and is designed to expand across Long Island by 2030.
